1. Who We Are

Food Truck Vibesis a platform that helps people discover food trucks in real time and helps food truck operators share their location, menus, and schedules. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Food Truck Vibes.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
• You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Operator Responsibilities

If you list a food truck or business, you agree that:

• You have the right to publish the business name, menus, photos, and other content you post.
• Location, hours, availability, and menu information you publish are accurate and kept reasonably up to date.
• You hold all licenses, permits, and food-safety certifications required to operate, and you comply with all applicable laws.
• You are solely responsible for your food, service, and interactions with customers.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse data, or use the Services to send spam or harassing messages.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content in order to operate and promote the Services. All software, branding, and design of the Services remain our property or that of our licensors.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Stripe, Google Maps, and email/SMS providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that food truck locations, hours, or availability shown on the platform are accurate, complete, or current. You use the Services at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Food Truck Vibes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms.
